Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate an appropriate treatment plan.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions suited to diverse client backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
