This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own environment while still being part of a dynamic team. Our outpatient office model enhances accessibility for both counselors and clients, ensuring that services reach those who need them most. The flexibility of a telehealth setting empowers you to create your own schedule within a typical workweek of Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Additionally, there’s no requirement for on-call work, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly virtual sessions with individual adult clients, using evidence-based practices tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Implement structured treatment plans that actively incorporate automatically administered self-assessments to track symptom progression and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Utilize various telehealth tools and technologies, ensuring you remain efficient and effective in delivering care.

• Document each session meticulously, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on real-time client feedback and progress assessments.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss case management and obtain consultancy support when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of mental health disorders. As a counselor, you will work closely with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sunshine Psychological Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
