Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapy services via telehealth, ensuring quality care aligning with program and funding source contractual requirements.

• Complete billing expectations in accordance with agency guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of all clinical interactions.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other clinicians and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Respond to after-hours calls and participate in an on-call rotation as needed, depending on program obligations.

• Foster strong communication and working relationships with schools, community organizations, and external support systems when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in telehealth methodologies and digital documentation is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , based on your caseload and relevant experience.
