Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status using standardized tools and methodologies, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to establish personalized care plans.

  Monitor patients' progress against their treatment goals and adjust interventions as necessary, employing a range of therapeutic techniques and strategies to support recovery and resilience.

  Document treatment records, clinical reports, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal procedures.

  Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to formulate effective treatment plans that consider the unique needs and backgrounds of diverse populations.

  Educationally mentor interns and students, providing supervision and guidance in clinical practices that enhance their understanding and application of the material.

  Facilitate referrals to specialized services and coordinate care with external providers to support patient needs holistically.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse community within Riverside, California, catering to various demographics with an emphasis on underserved populations. Our patient base ranges from children to seniors, presenting a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n
