Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments of new patients and families to develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Deliver individualized and family therapy sessions based on the specific needs and identified challenges of patients.
\n
• Manage all documentation processes, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, ensuring timely submission within regulatory deadlines.
\n
• Create effective crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to help patients achieve and maintain stability.
\n
• Develop discharge plans that promote the continuity of care and successful transition to post-therapy life.
\n
• Strictly adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as all NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Maintain professional competence and engage in ongoing training and continuing education to enhance your skills.
\n
• Actively participate in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with your peers on best practices.
\n
• Fulfill all requirements for licensure and complete mandatory training programs.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals and families who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding and respecting cultural differences is essential to fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, which ultimately leads to better outcomes for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current Licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in the State of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth services is highly advantageous.

• Background in trauma-informed care and experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
