Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and best practices in social work.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify clients' needs, documenting clinical and progress notes in accordance with our organization's policies.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, and assisting them through difficult situations.

• Engage and consult with families and support systems to facilitate effective discharge planning and continued care post-treatment.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to refine treatment strategies and enhance client outcomes, ensuring each child receives holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents who have experienced various forms of trauma, including abuse and neglect. Our clients may present with a range of issues, including emotional disturbances, behavioral challenges, and developmental concerns. Your expertise as an LICSW will be pivotal in guiding these young individuals and their families through complex emotional landscapes, fostering healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LICSW license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in clinical social work, demonstrating the ability to work independently and effectively in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records, telehealth platforms, and standard office software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
