This remote role allows you to work from your home office while engaged in client consultations and therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, ensuring personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual journeys towards improved mental health outcomes.

• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to foster resilience, hope, and empowerment among clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, demonstrating your commitment to high-quality professional practice.

• Collaborate with an experienced team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care tailored to our clients’ multifaceted needs.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families concerning mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy frameworks, enabling the customization of therapeutic interventions to meet individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust, engagement, and a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.
