This remote position allows for flexibility in work hours, typically structured across a 36-hour workweek from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of the emotional, psychological, and behavioral components affecting patients' weight management, with a focus on obesity and binge eating.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to facilitate individual counseling sessions.

• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Educate patients about the psychological factors influencing weight management, including body image, self-esteem, stress responses, and effective coping strategies.

• Regularly evaluate patients' mental health and progress toward treatment goals, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Document all counseling sessions and treatment interventions accurately in the EPIC EMR, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
