Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your expertise will directly impact the lives of young adults seeking mental health support. In this role, you will be tasked with:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that encourage connection, interpersonal learning, and shared experiences among participants.

• Providing individualized therapy that addresses each client's unique thoughts and feelings while helping them create effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to develop comprehensive, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and preferences.

• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments, feedback collection, and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Working closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic often facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and transitional life stresses. Your role is to provide a safe, judgement-free space where clients can explore their inner thoughts and feelings, helping them navigate their journey towards recovery and personal growth. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
