Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on various behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Stay abreast of research and developments in the field of mental health to incorporate evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on case management and provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Ensure effective communication with clients and their families, providing updates and guidance on treatment as necessary.

• Triage client needs and manage a high caseload efficiently while delegating responsibilities when appropriate to maintain service quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is essential.

• An active and unrestricted license in one of the following areas is required: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , reflective of your experience and caseload management.
