Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional states and establish therapy goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based therapies.

• Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with practical coping strategies and therapeutic tools to navigate their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Provide referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, when necessary for comprehensive treatment.

• Ensure each client receives a compassionate and culturally competent approach to care, fostering a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse array of clients, ranging from individuals dealing with severe mental health conditions to those seeking support for everyday life challenges. The client population includes adolescents, adults, and families from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Your expertise in various therapeutic modalities will allow you to support clients facing challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of related professional experience providing mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment frameworks, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
