Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans, employing both evidence-based practices and personalized approaches.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, using an array of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and connecting clients with appropriate resources as needed.
• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives, workshops, and educational programs designed to improve mental health literacy and awareness.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong rapport-building and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence and the ability to sensitively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth service delivery.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
