Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video platforms, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments to ensure accurate understanding of client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that support their journey toward mental wellness.
• Work collaboratively with clients to teach and reinforce new coping strategies, enhance problem-solving skills, and improve communication abilities.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining a focus on client-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults seeking support in managing everyday challenges and mental health issues. These individuals may be experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or stressors related to life transitions. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in helping them navigate these hurdles and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of an active state license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD) that permits independent practice without supervision.
• Applicants must have a clean licensure history without any disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in using technology for counseling purposes, including reliable computer systems and a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Preferred Experience
