This full-time role allows you to provide high-quality outpatient services while working remotely, from the comfort of your own home in beautiful Simi Valley, California. Work Environment

Our remote work setting allows clinicians the flexibility to perform their roles from anywhere, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. However, we also maintain a dynamic outpatient office where in-person interactions can take place when needed. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services while managing a caseload of clients with various mental health disorders. Your daily activities will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and treatment goals.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms and in-person during office hours.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Participating in regular supervision and clinical meetings to ensure ongoing professional development and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors serve a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. The ability to connect with individuals from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds is essential as we strive to provide culturally competent and responsive care.

Qualifications

• A valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California (or eligibility to obtain).
• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in a clinical setting, providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• A commitment to inclusive practices and a desire to foster a culturally responsive practice.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum qualifications are outlined above, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care will be highly regarded. Experience working with children and families will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and credentials. Alongside this, our benefits package includes:
