Our state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot sports medicine facility is designed to support innovative treatment approaches. As a therapist-owned practice, we are proud to serve a diverse clientele primarily reliant on private medical insurance, allowing us the flexibility to focus on individualized care. Our dedicated team consists of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all of whom share a passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our outpatient office, collaborating closely with an engaged team of professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a structured yet flexible work schedule conducive to work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to understand their goals and physical capabilities, initiating effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, typically seeing one patient per hour to ensure comprehensive focus and personalized attention.
• Implement cost-effective treatment methods aimed at enhancing the client's range of motion, mobility, and overall functionality.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to reduce pain and enhance physical performance.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment services accurately, maintaining compliance with state regulations and practice standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, addressing all aspects of a patient's health.
• Motivate and guide patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, emphasizing the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize patient progress and satisfaction.

Patients at Core Motion Orthopedic Therapy primarily consist of individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A clean professional record without any board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly familiarity with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with sports rehabilitation and performance enhancement is a plus.
• Familiarity with current physical therapy methodologies and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from USD $90,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
