Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address immediate concerns and long-term goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions to clients, integrating techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive counseling.

• Assist patients in navigating and completing necessary entitlement applications, including supplemental insurance and other benefits, to enhance their access to essential resources.

• Proactively connect clients with prescription cost assistance programs through pharmaceutical companies and community entities to alleviate financial burdens associated with mental health medications.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients by liaising with community organizations and services to ensure a continuum of care and support.
\n
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to state regulations and organizational standards.

• Coordinate necessary transportation arrangements for clients, ensuring they have the means to attend sessions and access other essential services.

• Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and team discussions to share insights and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is essential for this role.

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a clinical setting is necessary, showcasing a solid understanding of therapeutic methods and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , based on caseload and experience.
