Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on essential responsibilities that include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions while addressing the unique needs of each family member.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that encompass the complex dynamics of family relationships.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for a range of issues, including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, job-related stress, and adjustment to significant life changes such as separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to foster effective communication skills among family members.
\n
• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies for improved patient outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive and timely records of patient progress and treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults, children, and adolescents, addressing complex family systems and their interactions. Your understanding of cultural and socioeconomic factors will be crucial in effectively supporting diverse clients, particularly in a community health clinic setting where accessibility and tailored care are vital. We focus on building rapport and trust with our clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Canvas Wellness offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide:
