Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories, utilizing structured interview techniques and validated assessment tools.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals, ensuring alignment with best practices and client preferences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices based on client needs.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with applicable regulations including HIPAA.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, attending workshops, training sessions, and case consultations to enhance service delivery skills.

• Stay current with emerging research and trends in mental health to refine practices and address evolving client needs.

• Uphold ethical standards of practice and prioritize client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

• We offer a competitive salary, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
