Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume customer billing and ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time. Prepare accounts receivable aging reports, reconciliations, and payment analyses. Monitor customer accounts and conduct collection activities while maintaining positive client relationships. Apply cash receipts, process deposits, and reconcile customer payments. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Maintain accurate customer account records within the ERP system. Collaborate with project managers, operations, and accounting teams to ensure timely billing and collections. Assist with month-end close by reconciling accounts receivable balances and preparing supporting documentation. Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably within the construction or project-based industry. Experience with high-volume invoicing and collections. Experience using SAP or another ERP system is preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
