Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients' mental health histories, strengths, and coping resources to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical professionals to create and implement personalized treatment plans with defined goals and strategies.

• Engage in crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring that clients feel supported and safe throughout their emotional journeys.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at improving coping strategies for clients and families as they navigate the complexities of hospice care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements, which is critical for client safety and continuity of care.

The client population for this role comprises individuals facing various mental health challenges within the context of hospice care. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
