Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Private Equity

Overview: We are partnering with a leading large-cap digital infrastructure fund seeking a Vice President to join its NYC-based investment team. Key Responsibilities: Lead evaluation and execution of investments across data centers and hyperscale infrastructure Build, own, and review complex financial models and valuation analyses Drive due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations Partner with management teams and operating partners on value creation initiatives Support portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in TMT private equity or digital infrastructure investing Strong transaction experience with increasing ownership of deal execution Prior experience in digital infrastructure (data centers, cloud, fiber) Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage workstreams and junior talent #J-18808-Ljbffr
