Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to effectively manage your work-life balance while contributing to a collaborative virtual team. Our telehealth environment is equipped with the latest technology to support seamless patient interactions and comprehensive documentation. We value flexibility in our scheduling, recognizing the diverse needs of our patients while aiming for a standard workweek of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups virtually, creating a sense of community and understanding among participants facing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services remotely, guiding patients through mental health emergencies with compassion and expertise.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and the various treatment paths available, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Ensure all patient interactions and documentation comply with confidentiality regulations and ethical standards, maintaining meticulous electronic health records.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, particularly to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
