Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to develop informed treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary and documenting all client interactions within our EHR system for compliance and quality assurance.

• Create and implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists for medication evaluation or specialized support services, as required.

• Engage in continuous professional development and supervision meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
