Substance Abuse Counselor

American Addiction Centers

American Addiction Centers is seeking a Case Manager to deliver comprehensive patient care, including individual, group, and family counseling. You will conduct initial and ongoing assessments, participate in treatment planning, and work with the UR department to coordinate services for patients. The role requires a valid driver license, ability to handle a full caseload, and adherence to state standards. This position supports outpatient and inpatient populations and follows 12-hour shift #J-18808-Ljbffr
