Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client needs, skills, and behaviors through interviews, assessments, and direct observation to create personalized care plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, and complex social issues.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to create integrated care strategies that address both psychological treatment and social support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation as per HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance with administrative protocols and facilitating effective follow-up care.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, contributing to their professional development and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the therapeutic team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with an adult population experiencing severe mental illness. You will utilize your expertise to support individuals facing a variety of challenges, from acute mental health crises to ongoing psychological conditions requiring long-term care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work and active, valid state license (LCSW) are required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
