This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide support to clients from the comfort of your own home. You will work within a collaborative team environment, using telehealth platforms to connect with clients, monitor progress, and coordinate treatment efforts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental circumstances to identify their unique challenges and needs.

• Develop personalized service plans that incorporate specific goals, interventions, and a strategy for progress monitoring.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions designed to address everyday challenges, such as mental illness, trauma, substance misuse, and more.

• Collaborate with clients to facilitate access to community resources, ensuring they receive the necessary support services.

• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments aimed at ensuring client safety and stability during critical moments.

• Engage with community agencies to coordinate integrated services and advocate for clients’ needs.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote the services offered by Renewed Hope.

• Attend team meetings, participate in case conferences, and pursue ongoing training opportunities to enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals and families facing significant life challenges, including but not limited to homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, poverty, and mental health issues. You will play a crucial role in helping them navigate these challenges through compassionate support and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues, with a proven ability to work within diverse communities.

• Exceptional communication, cultural sensitivity, and problem-solving skills are essential for establishing rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a competitive sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
