Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide or arrange comprehensive case management services that foster systemic support for children and families, enhancing their overall well-being.

• Maintain open lines of communication and collaborate effectively with families, childcare providers, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care and services.
\n
• Integrate trauma-informed care (TIC) principles and culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS) in all therapeutic practices and documentation.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education units (CEUs) to remain current with best practices in mental health treatment.
\n
• Participate in clinical supervision sessions and quality assurance reviews, attending at least two hours of individual or group supervision monthly to optimize therapeutic practices and personal goal tracking.
\n
• Utilize specialized knowledge to enhance team strategies and therapies, contributing to problem-solving and treatment development.
\n
• Adapt service delivery approaches to meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents in the formulation of treatment plans and therapy interventions.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, utilizing strong typing and computer skills to maintain accurate records and progress notes.
\n
• Conduct thorough mental health screenings, evaluations, and diagnosis of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans and provide age-appropriate psychotherapy.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for children and families, employing psychoeducation techniques and guided discussions to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Therapist will work primarily with a diverse client base, including individuals of all ages facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing tailored therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Current and independent licensure in Oregon as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution

• Demonstrated ability to manage high caseloads efficiently while maintaining comprehensive patient care.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records systems and comfortable with digital communication tools.
\n
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows applications, ensuring smooth documentation and reporting processes.
