Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients by establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when necessary, focusing on their individual needs.
\n
• Develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans tailored specifically to each client's strengths and challenges.
\n
• Document client interactions and maintain continuous progress notes to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each client's journey.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and match them with appropriate therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to bolster personal and professional development while sharing insights and challenges encountered.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of other healthcare providers to foster an integrated care approach that enhances client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse outpatient population within the community, including children, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting after obtaining your degree.

• Proficient in using computers and required software, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, focusing on effective treatment modalities.
\n
• Competence in conducting intake assessments, ensuring a seamless client onboarding process.
\n
