Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring effectiveness and progress in therapeutic sessions.

• Maintain open and effective communication with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other relevant stakeholders regarding clients’ progress and treatment adjustments.
\n
• Provide supervisors with a comprehensive schedule of appointments, in-home visits, and observations to facilitate organized client engagement.
\n
• Coordinate home visits effectively, ensuring that in-home observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews are completed as required.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contribute insights that support holistic client care and ongoing improvement of services.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes thoroughly, capturing relevant insights that inform future therapy sessions and treatment directions.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to ensure consistency in the implementation of therapeutic methodologies and documentation practices.
\n
• Provide follow-up support through interviews and additional visits to reinforce therapeutic goals and ensure clients have the resources they need for ongoing success.
\n
• Act as a liaison between the organization and the public, enhancing community awareness and support for mental health initiatives.
\n
• Contribute to the development of training materials that enhance the skills of the team and create better outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Crimson Care Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with a range of issues such as trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. You will be instrumental in developing therapeutic rapport and facilitating meaningful discussions that promote healing and growth within your patient population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage a wide range of clientele effectively.

• Proven track record of collaboration within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The compensation range for this role is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, contingent on your experience and caseload management.
