Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans under clinical supervision to address the specific needs of your clients.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and lead consumer group therapy, employing evidence-based interventions suitable for a diverse range of mental health issues.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with local service organizations to ensure clients have access to necessary community resources.
\n
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly to comply with JCAHO, Medicaid, and DBH standards.

• Coordinate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and updates to enhance the overall treatment strategies provided to clients.

• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuous education opportunities to foster professional growth and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Guide clients and their families in psychoeducation regarding mental health and available support systems, ensuring they feel heard and engaged.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines as outlined by the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association at all times.

• Engage with volunteers and interns to develop community programs that support mental health awareness and advocate for consumer needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily serve individuals experiencing perinatal mental health challenges, alongside a varied population dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, providing culturally competent care tailored to their unique experiences. Your role will significantly impact their recovery journey by providing empathy, support, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and valid licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Expertise in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
