Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients presenting with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. This involves gathering detailed history and understanding specific challenges each client faces.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, functioning levels, and personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate therapeutic progress and empower clients in their recovery journey.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to support ongoing recovery.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and updates to treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care, fostering communication that enhances treatment outcomes.

• Diligently document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
