Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver holistic care and effective treatment strategies for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to keep abreast of advancements in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with clients from diverse backgrounds who often lack access to mental health services. You will cater to a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, through culturally sensitive approaches that prioritize each individual's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is essential, demonstrating the ability to support clients through various challenges.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software is beneficial.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, and trauma-informed care is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
