Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Lifeworks Mental Association Services, your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing both structured and unstructured interviewing techniques.
\n
• Designing, implementing, and regularly updating individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and are tailored to client goals and preferences.
\n
• Using an array of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions appropriate for the client’s condition.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring seamless communication within the treatment team.
\n
• Engaging with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a collaborative and holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Participating actively in case consultations and team meetings designed to share insights, improve treatment effectiveness, and enhance care delivery.
\n
• Providing educational resources and supportive counseling for patients and their families concerning mental health conditions, treatment processes, and community resources.
\n
• Continuously updating knowledge of the mental health field by reviewing current literature and participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your focus will be on employing solution-focused techniques to empower clients, facilitate recovery, and improve overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
\n
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
\n
• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, specifically providing psychotherapy services in diverse settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy and an eagerness to adopt new therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community mental health settings.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.

• Previous involvement in integrating behavioral health services with primary care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
