Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical interactions and progress notes in accordance with departmental policy and state regulations.

• Actively consult with families and caregivers to ensure that treatment approaches and discharge plans are well-coordinated and supportive of the client’s needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on psychological evaluations and individualized patient circumstances, adapting strategies as needed.

• Conduct regular therapeutic sessions with clients to provide counseling and ensure that treatment plans are relevant and effective, making adjustments as necessary.

• Perform ongoing evaluations of patient progress, setting measurable goals and documenting progress toward recovery.
