Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to the individual’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to each client, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and regularly monitor progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients’ preferences and accessibility challenges, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for discussion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
