Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic services to students experiencing significant mental illness and severe emotional issues, including assessment, individual therapy, and group sessions.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to implement effective mental health strategies tailored to each student's needs.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, deploying your clinical skills to ensure immediate and appropriate support for students in distress.

• Design and facilitate various prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation programs directed at improving emotional and psychological well-being.

• Implement integrated care plans that foster coordination among students, families, and other healthcare providers, ensuring smooth transitions between services.

• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic methods accordingly, ensuring that care remains responsive to individual needs.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner, upholding organizational and ethical standards for confidentiality and care.

This role centers on supporting students in various educational environments who may be encountering emotional and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; however, a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work, preferably within a school or community mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of emotional and mental health disorders in children and adolescents, with a keen ability to assess and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with students, parents, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
