Location: Remote, United States (Mid-Atlantic, Northeast or Midwest preferred)

Following a series of strategic acquisitions, the organization is transforming from a collection of successful entrepreneurial businesses into one integrated global commercial enterprise.

They are seeking an accomplished commercial executive to lead the North American commercial organization through its next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to build something that will have a lasting impact.

Rather than inheriting a mature commercial organization, you will help shape the commercial strategy, develop a high-performing sales organization, strengthen customer engagement, and establish the commercial discipline needed to support long-term growth.

You will partner with an experienced regional leadership team while collaborating with global product management, commercial excellence, operations, finance, and supply chain leaders across multiple continents. The role serves as a key member of the North American Leadership Team and the company's global extended leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Lead the commercial strategy for North America.
• Develop and coach an experienced team of sales and customer service professionals.
• Build a high-performance commercial culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Partner with global leadership to execute commercial initiatives while adapting them for the North American market.
• Strengthen customer segmentation, pricing discipline, profitability, and commercial execution.
• Build organizational capability by developing future commercial leaders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management.
• Help modernize and professionalize a commercial organization positioned for significant future growth.

• The ability to influence across a complex matrix organization
• Experience selling into food manufacturers, protein processors, ingredient companies, packaging, or related industrial food markets is highly desirable.
