Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapeutic services. Our telehealth facility is designed to provide seamless communication and support for both therapists and clients through state-of-the-art technology. You will have the flexibility to arrange your work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions via secure video and phone consultations.

• Maintaining accurate, thorough, and confidential electronic health records following HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and adults facing a myriad of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will employ a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, ensuring a holistic approach to mental wellness. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
