Are you looking for a position where you can grow your skills in the property accounting field?  This company located in Tustin prides itself on company culture and rewards excellence in their employees.  This Property Accounting Manager position will be responsible for full cycle accounting for a portfolio of retail properties.  This person serves as the financial expert and will provide reporting both internally and to the client.

Duties Include:

• Preparing and entering journal entries to the general ledger, reviewing and updating recurring journal entries and ensure accuracy prior to posting.
• Analyzing monthly GAAP financial statements, and preparing all supporting schedules as required
• Performing daily or monthly cash management responsibilities, (wire transfers, cash projections and weekly priority selection of invoices)
• Calculating and processing monthly management and accounting fees
• Approving invoices and the monthly mortgage payables
• Auditing and ensuring accuracy of subsidiary reports and reconcile to general ledger (Rent Roll, AP Aging, Open Status Report, and Security Deposit Ledger)
• Performing bank reconciliations

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree (accounting or finance )

At least 5 years experience in commercial property accounting

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and MRI
