Work Environment\n

This LCSW position will be conducted remotely, providing you with flexibility while you remain involved in delivering vital services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients within the detox program, determining needs and creating individualized plans to promote recovery.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring all client interactions are goal-oriented and focused on measurable outcomes.

• Monitor client progress and evaluate outcomes as part of a collaborative treatment team, providing recommendations where appropriate to adjust care plans based on evolving client needs.

• Support clients and their families by offering education and resources that foster an understanding of the recovery process and strategies to support their loved ones.

• Establish strong rapport with clients and families through empathetic communication, helping to create an environment conducive to open discussions about treatment and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment model to guide interventions, integrating coaching techniques with everyday learning opportunities.

• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations regarding social work practices and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on serving clients within the detox center, typically adults facing substance use disorders. Your work will have a tangible impact on clients in pivotal stages of their recovery journey, helping them acquire essential skills and resources for a successful transition into deeper treatment phases and self-sufficiency. You will be instrumental in connecting clients to necessary services and support systems, which may include family involvement and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health in your state.

• Minimum one year of direct social work experience, particularly in settings related to early intervention or substance use recovery.

• Proficient in developing individualized treatment plans in accordance with diverse learning styles for each client.

• Strong skills in communication, organizational, and time management to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
