Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Minimum 3 years culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high profile, culinary driven environment. Superior culinary skills with a proven track record as a chef and leader. Proven ability to deliver superior operational performance. Strong oral and written communication skills. Associate or bachelor's degree in culinary arts highly preferred. Responsibilities : Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service. Manage inventory and control food costs to maintain profitability. Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areas. Coordinate catering services for special events, ensuring exceptional dining experiences. Training: Our managers complete a 6-week training program. You will participate in a hands-on rotational training program, giving you experience working with our first-class culinary and service professionals. The training is intense, and the education is invaluable!
