Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions through telehealth and in-person appointments, ensuring all interactions adhere to HIPAA confidentiality standards.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Assess and diagnose clients’ mental health and emotional needs while developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant confidentiality and documentation standards.
\n
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities, sharing insights and collaborating on best practices to enhance patient care.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in therapy, particularly as they relate to culturally sensitive practices, to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain an ongoing willingness to provide services as an in-network provider on health insurance panels, facilitating client access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, focusing on individuals, couples, and families from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Our clients often present with a wide range of issues, including trauma, grief and loss, perinatal mental health, and LGBTQ+ concerns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate respect and sensitivity towards each client’s unique cultural backgrounds and be prepared to address their specific needs with empathy and professional integrity.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Colorado.
\n
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills to effectively provide bilingual psychotherapy services.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, specifically in providing therapeutic support to children, adults, and families.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and standards.
\n
• Capability to utilize EHR software and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in specific therapeutic modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR, along with a developed area of specialization such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, or grief and loss.

• Experience working with a multicultural population and understanding of culturally responsive therapeutic practices.
\n
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including at least two evenings per week and one weekend day, to accommodate client scheduling needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance.
