Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking an AR Specialist to join their team. As an AR Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Irvine, California (Remote work available) Pay Range: $24/hr Shift: 8 am - 5 pm What's the Job? Perform monthly reconciliations for various non-dealer accounts, including intercompany transactions, exports, employee purchases, car leases, port contractors, remanufacturing, and motorsports. Publish dealer statements and process electronic funds transfers (EFT) at month-end. Collect overdue amounts from both dealer and non-dealer accounts to ensure timely payments. Prepare and deliver monthly AR Securitization reports, maintaining accurate financial records. Support the financial health of the organization through diligent account management and reporting. What's Needed? Experience with accounts receivable and reconciliation processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
