Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training to stay informed about the latest research and practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Many of our clients have limited access to care, making your role critical in providing necessary support and direction. You will focus on treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders, helping clients navigate through their challenges and work toward recovery and improved emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• At least two years of experience in clinical counseling, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of mental health issues.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.
\n
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for establishing rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to facilitate client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
