Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, spiritual, and environmental challenges, particularly as they relate to end-of-life care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work obtained from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

Compensation and Benefits\n
