Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare, Pharma, and IT staffing , with a strong understanding of MSP programs being a plus. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently represent Accede Solutions in front of potential clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through cold calling, prospecting, and networking . Schedule and attend client meetings to present Accede's staffing solutions and expand partnerships. Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and provide customized workforce solutions . Negotiate contract terms, fees, and service agreements in alignment with company goals. Represent Accede Solutions professionally at industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings . What We're Looking For Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, and IT staffing (MSP experience is a plus). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in business development. Excellent oral and written communication skills . Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships .
