A day in the life. Download ACH/Wires received fr4om Online Banking and deposit them into EPIC. Balance/reconcile bank deposits batches within the batches entered in computer system Make copies of manual checks receive, create batches and send them to the lockbox for depositing into the bank. Reconcile and pay Carriers/Wholesalers/MGA/Brokers statements with trust accounts payable information in the Applied System within the required time frame. Resolve accounting discrepancies with insurance carriers and clients. Enter and reconcile the Direct Bill statement data as they are received from the insurance companies and post them prior to month end closing. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the CFO or by management. Perform related clerical duties as needed. Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs. The applicable base salary range for this role is $42,000 to $73,600. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
