Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children, using evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with families in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, creating tailored strategies for effective intervention.

• Monitor progress and outcomes systematically, adjusting intervention strategies based on feedback and observed behaviors.

• Provide ongoing support, education, and resources to families, empowering them to enhance their child’s developmental skills.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing social work practice and early intervention services.
\n
• Build rapport and trust with children and their families, creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, assessing service frequency needs in relation to child developmental progress and family objectives.

• Utilize a coaching model in natural environments to teach families how to support their child's development effectively.

• Maintain the highest standards of health and safety for both staff and served individuals, adhering to organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW with Grandview Psychotherapy Services, your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of these children during critical developmental stages, aiding them in acquiring essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your efforts will not only impact the children directly but will also provide valuable support to their families, helping them navigate the complexities of early intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid LCSW licensure through the Florida Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in early intervention programs.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary for potential travel to client locations, as needed.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
