Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, history, and needs, using standardized assessment tools and best practices in the field.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, employing evidence-based practices and considering feedback from clients throughout the treatment process.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including medical histories, treatment goals, progress notes, and any modifications to treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and promoting continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to discuss treatment strategies, share insights on psychosocial stressors affecting clients, and coordinate care across various services and community resources.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics and coping strategies, empowering them to apply these tools in their daily lives.
• Manage crisis situations effectively, leveraging your knowledge of trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence to provide immediate support and appropriate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse. Our focus on community-based services ensures that every client receives holistic support tailored to their individual circumstances. You will also assist families in navigating local resources to enhance their access to essential services and support systems.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Oregon.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices relevant to mental health counseling.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience providing telehealth counseling services to a diverse population is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and working within multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Evergreen Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
