Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and updated clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all documentation reflects the care provided.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and coordinate care strategies that align with our organizational goals.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of clinical experience in counseling, with a strong background in individual and group therapy.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
